This experiential training blends the wisdom of yoga, neuroscience, and somatic awareness to cultivate safety, resilience, and embodied empowerment. Through movement, breathwork, and compassionate self-inquiry, you will learn to:

Morning Radiance is designed as a holistic practice that nourishes every layer of your being—physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each class is thoughtfully guided by a theme that invites you to connect with the fullness of who you are and the boundless potential within your practice. We begin with gentle movement and breath to awaken and energize the body, followed by a pause to center and set personal intentions to deepen your experience. Through embodied movement and exploration of grounding, flow, edge, heart opening, truth, intuition, and oneness, you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness. We conclude in stillness, allowing the practice to integrate and settle within.
